It is located in the countryside, 800 meters from the center of Sant Ferran, so it is recommended to have a vehicle.
It consists of 5 homes, all on the ground floor.
Among them:
1 Studio for 2 people.
1 Apartment with 2 bedrooms for 4 people (2 in each room).
1 Apartment with 3 bedrooms for 6 people (2 in each room).
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, table with chairs, bathroom with shower or bathtub, terrace, and fan. There is a free parking area.
In a few minutes, you can reach both the main towns, which are about 4.5 km away, and the best beaches on the island. The Port of La Savina is 6 km away.
Check-in: From 15:00 hours;
Check-out: Before 10:30 hours.

Water, electricity, gas, and final cleaning expenses are included. Towels are changed every 3 days. Bed linen is changed and cleaning is done every 7 days.
