Description

The Es Daus Apartments are located 200 meters from the center of Es Pujols, only 600 meters away from Es Pujols Beach.

Three apartments divided into two independent buildings: there are two apartments on the ground floor and one on the top floor.

The apartments have been renovated for the 2016 season. They can accommodate up to 5 people in each of them.

They have a spacious bright living room furnished with a single sofa bed and television. They consist of two double rooms with two single beds. They have air conditioning in the rooms.

Fully renovated and modern kitchen, equipped with basic utensils such as refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. They have a bathroom composed with a shower.

All apartments have a terrace or balcony with outdoor furniture.

It also has outdoor barbecue work.
The Es Daus apartment complex doesn't have private parking, although you can park perfectly on the ground esplanade next to the apartments.
The price shown includes the cost of electricity, water, gas, community and taxes (VAT).

Change of towels for reservations longer than 4 nights and the change of sheets for reservations longer than 8 nights.

The price shown does not include cleaning service of the accommodation during the stay. There is the possibility of hiring it upon arrival.
A security deposit of EUR 200 will be required on the day of arrival. The deposit will be returned the day of departure, after checking the status of the accommodation facility.
