Way to pay:

- 50% on reservation (once receipt of the reservation document)
- 50% two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy:

- From the moment of the reservation until 31 days before arrival, if the reservation is canceled there will be a management fee of €60.
- From 30 days to 8 days before 50%
- 7 days or less the penalty will be 100%

Identity card, contact telephone number that you take to Formentera and email will be requested for the legal formalization of the reservation and the sending of the definitive documentation for the collection of the keys of the apartment.
Tourist tax not included in the room price.
The tourist tax will be charged at the time of check-in.
Children under 16 years of age, exempt from said fee.
From November 1 to April 30, the tourist tax is €0.55 per person per night.
From May 1 to October 31, the tourist tax is €2.2 per person per night.
From the 9th day of stay this tax is reduced to 50%.
If the arrival is after 10:00 p.m., the keys will have a supplement of €25 to be paid at the time of delivery.
If you want the key to be delivered to you at noon between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., this out-of-hours delivery has a supplement of €25.
