Attached there is a house that may be occupied by other guests.
Common Barbecue for the house and studio (in summer may be non-operative, prohibitions of the Balearic government depending on the weather)

Punta Prima, near the restaurant Chezz Gerdi.
Supermarket Prop also nearby.

Change of sheets and cleaning once a week, towels twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights)
Towel change twice a week (for stays under 8 nights, no change).
Sheets and cleaning touch-up once a week.
Basic linens (sheets, 1 shower towel, and 1 hand towel per guest).
High chair and travel cot available upon request for an additional fee of €4 per night for each service, payable at key collection.

Iron on request would be left in the apartment.
Dryer on request would be left in the apartment.

Key collection and return take place at our office, approximately 2 km away.
