Tramuntana is a charming two-story house located in Cala En Baster, near the town of San Ferran, on the beautiful island of Formentera.
This detached house offers convenience and proximity to a wide range of amenities, from shops to restaurants and supermarket, all within walking distance.

Top floor:
You will find two double rooms that offer a cozy and private space. One of them is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has direct access to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and exterior views. The second double bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Like the first room, this one also has direct access to a terrace equipped with tables and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Between these two rooms, there is a living room that has a comfortable two-seater sofa, television and a table with chairs. This living room also has access to the upper terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the pool.
Low level:You will find three comfortable rooms. The first double room is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom for added comfort. The second room offers a double bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, a third room has two single beds and a closet for storing your belongings.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious and bright living room, a perfect place to meet and enjoy special moments with friends or family. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave has another dining table, offering an ideal space.
Outside area:
In the outdoor area, there is a charming swimming pool next to a large solarium area, provided with comfortable hammocks to relax in the sun. In addition, at different points around the house, sofas and tables are distributed in outdoor living spaces, designed to turn each corner into a cozy place to enjoy the stay to the fullest.

The distribution of the house allows a comfortable stay for large groups or families, offering both private spaces and common areas to enjoy together. Furthermore, the proximity to the pool and terraces makes it an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunny Formentera climate.
The presence of these trees and the surrounding vegetation create a serene and relaxing environment, providing an atmosphere that invites you to connect with the natural environment that surrounds the property. Please note that the entrance to the property is via a dirt road, which adds a touch of rusticity and charm to the lodging experience.
An extra €200 for laundry is applied to cover the costs of washing bed linen, towels and possibly other textiles used during the stay. However, departure cleaning is included in the rent, as long as the house is delivered in a tidy and relatively clean condition.

Deposit €1000 as a guarantee to cover possible damages or breakages to the property during your stay.

This amount is temporarily held and returned at the end of the rental period, usually after a home inspection to verify that there has been no significant damage, usually about 72 hours after departure. If no damage is reported, the deposit is returned in full. It is essential to understand these policies prior to booking to avoid confusion.

Ensuring you leave the house tidy and in good condition will minimize the possibility of deposit deductions or additional charges at the end of your stay.
